For churches that want discipleship to be guided, visible, and followed through.

Stop letting discipleship disappear after sign-up.

ChurchPathways helps pastors and leaders create guided pathways, see who is moving, protect private reflection, and follow up at the moments that matter.

Preview both sides first: what leaders manage and what members experience.

The real discipleship gap

Your leaders care. The follow-up system is usually the fragile part.

Churches already have teaching, leaders, groups, and people who want to grow. But after someone signs up, it becomes hard to see who is actually engaging, who has paused, and who may need a thoughtful pastoral response.

Sign-up forms show interest, not formation.
WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets scatter the picture.
Leaders need clarity without invading private reflection.

Pastoral visibility

Shared thoughts become visible enough for care.

Private reflections remain private. But when someone chooses to share a thought, leaders can see it, respond, add internal notes, and follow up with care.

Shared Thoughts

A leader can see what was shared and respond with care.

New Believers Pathway · Day 1

“I realised I have been carrying the label of failure for years. The idea that I am a new creation is starting to land deeply.”

Leader response

Keep returning to the truth that your identity is received in Christ, not earned through performance.

Access and assignment

Put the right people on the right pathway.

Leaders can approve requests, invite a pilot group, assign pathways, and keep participant access organised without turning discipleship into admin chaos.

Participant experience

Give members a clear next step, not another place to get lost.

Participants can continue assigned pathways, request access to new ones, reflect privately, and choose when something should be shared with a leader.

Church-owned pathways

Not another devotional app. Not a fixed curriculum.

Your church decides the pathway, rhythm, teaching, prompts, and pastoral direction. ChurchPathways simply gives the structure that keeps the journey organised and visible.

Where churches can use it

Start with one pathway. Grow into a discipleship system.

Begin with the area where your church most needs structure and follow-up. Then add more pathways as leaders gain confidence.

Private reflection is protected

Members can write honestly. Leaders only see what someone chooses to share.

Your church owns the pathway

ChurchPathways is not a fixed curriculum. Your leaders shape the content, language, and rhythm.

Follow-up becomes visible

Shared thoughts, requests, notes, and progress sit together in one calm leader workspace.

How it works

A simple rhythm leaders can actually keep using.

01

Create a pathway

Shape the teaching, scripture, reflection prompt, action step, and rhythm around the journey your church is guiding people through — discipleship, leadership, marriage, membership, or ministry training.

02

Invite or approve people

Invite a small group, a cohort, a class, or a ministry team. People can also request access from your church hub when they are ready to begin.

03

Notice and follow up

Progress, shared thoughts, leader notes, and follow-up needs come together so leaders can see who is moving, who is stuck, and who may need care.

Preview before you decide

Try both sides of the experience.

Explore the product from both sides before you decide. See what leaders manage and what participants experience as they move through a pathway.

Start with the 14-day Growth trial if you want to test real pathways, real participants, and leader follow-up. Starter is best for a small pilot; Church+ is best when multiple ministries, cohorts, and leaders need shared visibility.

Before you start

Questions church leaders usually ask.

Start small, test with real people, and see whether your church can follow up more clearly.

It gives your church time to test ChurchPathways with a real pathway or programme. You can review the starter pathway, adapt it, invite a small group, and see how progress, reflections, and follow-up work in practice.

No. The score helps your church see where pathways and follow-up may need more clarity. A paid subscription or paid service only happens through a clear Stripe Checkout process.

New believers, new members, baptism preparation, leadership development, volunteer onboarding, marriage classes, pre-marital preparation, small group leader training, Bible study cohorts, prayer journeys, and other church programmes where leaders need progress and follow-up visibility.

No. ChurchPathways is not trying to replace your church management system. It sits alongside your existing tools as the pathway and follow-up layer for discipleship, formation, training, and ministry journeys.

Yes. Start with one journey. The included New Believer Pathway starter pack gives you a structure to adapt, and your church can build other pathways over time.

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Once your church is subscribed, an owner or admin can open the billing area in ChurchPathways, choose Manage billing, and cancel through the secure Stripe portal. If you need help, email support@churchpathways.com.

For billing questions, invoices, payment issues, plan changes, or cancellation help, email support@churchpathways.com. If your church would rather talk through setup or rollout, you can book a callback when the booking link is available.

Church+ is for wider rollout across ministries, cohorts, and teams. It adds Ministry Pulse intelligence, advanced reporting, cohort visibility, team notes, engagement insights, follow-up indicators, leadership overview, priority support, and guided rollout help.
