Discipleship
Help people take their first steps with clarity, rhythm, and care.
Example pathways
ChurchPathways helps pastors and leaders create guided pathways, see who is moving, protect private reflection, and follow up at the moments that matter.
Preview both sides first: what leaders manage and what members experience.
Leader workspace
A calm dashboard for seeing access requests, pathway movement, shared thoughts, and follow-up needs before people disappear from view.
Priority today
Leaders know where to respond without chasing spreadsheets, messages, or memory.
Shared Thoughts Inbox
Private reflections stay private. Shared thoughts come into one place for leader review.
The real discipleship gap
Churches already have teaching, leaders, groups, and people who want to grow. But after someone signs up, it becomes hard to see who is actually engaging, who has paused, and who may need a thoughtful pastoral response.
Pastoral visibility
Private reflections remain private. But when someone chooses to share a thought, leaders can see it, respond, add internal notes, and follow up with care.
Shared Thoughts
Sarah Johnson
New Believers Pathway · Day 1
“I realised I have been carrying the label of failure for years. The idea that I am a new creation is starting to land deeply.”
Leader response
Keep returning to the truth that your identity is received in Christ, not earned through performance.

Access Manager
Access and assignment
Leaders can approve requests, invite a pilot group, assign pathways, and keep participant access organised without turning discipleship into admin chaos.
Participant experience
Participants can continue assigned pathways, request access to new ones, reflect privately, and choose when something should be shared with a leader.
Participant pathway
Today’s reflection: “What would honest prayer look like for you this week?”
Pathway builder
Church-owned pathways
Your church decides the pathway, rhythm, teaching, prompts, and pastoral direction. ChurchPathways simply gives the structure that keeps the journey organised and visible.
Where churches can use it
Begin with the area where your church most needs structure and follow-up. Then add more pathways as leaders gain confidence.
Members can write honestly. Leaders only see what someone chooses to share.
ChurchPathways is not a fixed curriculum. Your leaders shape the content, language, and rhythm.
Shared thoughts, requests, notes, and progress sit together in one calm leader workspace.
How it works
Shape the teaching, scripture, reflection prompt, action step, and rhythm around the journey your church is guiding people through — discipleship, leadership, marriage, membership, or ministry training.
Invite a small group, a cohort, a class, or a ministry team. People can also request access from your church hub when they are ready to begin.
Progress, shared thoughts, leader notes, and follow-up needs come together so leaders can see who is moving, who is stuck, and who may need care.
Preview before you decide
Explore the product from both sides before you decide. See what leaders manage and what participants experience as they move through a pathway.

It gives your church time to test ChurchPathways with a real pathway or programme. You can review the starter pathway, adapt it, invite a small group, and see how progress, reflections, and follow-up work in practice.
